Looking to rent for 2010?
Our home in West Vancouver is available for rent for the
entire 90 days (January through March 2010)!! West Vancouver
is less than 1.5/hrs from Whistler, and 15mins from downtown
Vancouver. Rent all or some of the period.
We are a professional couple who live on the top floor
(very private with wonderful tenants downstairs). There
are 2bdrms/1bthrm up. Very nicely furnished! There's a
large outdoor covered deck with cozy chairs, front yard,
driveway for your own use, and all the amenities (including
BBQ, 3 t.v.s with all the channels, w/d, f/s, d/w, wifi
(just bring your laptop!), land line, wood burning f/p,
etc.
Best of all, we're only 5mins to Cypress Mountain (home
to Freestyle Skiing (Aerials, Moguls & Ski Cross)
and Snowboarding (Half Pipe, Parallel Giant Slalom, and
Snowboard Cross)!! Check their website at www.cypressmountain.com

We are also only 10mins to the parking lot of Grouse Mountain.
The ferry to Nanaimo and Vancouver Island is a 10min drive
(to Horseshoe Bay). The City of Vancouver is a 15min drive
over the Lions Gate Bridge (seen from attached photo).
You can walk to the Seawall, drive or take the bus to
the city and save on 2010 parking nightmares (only one
short block away). There are many wonderful outdoor amenities
that await you.
Tired? Grab your coffee, put your feet up on the balcony
and watch the tug boats go by or catch the beautiful sunsets
from here!
There's a fully equipped recreation centre with pool,
ice rink, gym, etc, only a few short blocks away.
In addition, the separate 1bdrm/1bthrm suite downstairs
is also available for the two week period during the Olympics
only. Open the doors between the suites and use the whole
house! This suite also has a wood burning f/p, BBQ, d/w,
wifi, t.v., and view with wonderful covered patio.
Pets negotiable. Smoke free environment. Very private.
Rental Dates and Times:
Rates Calculation / 14 night minimum stay required:
- Olympic Fever (Jan 01/2010 - Jan 31/2010): $500/nt
- Pre-Olympics (Feb 01/2010 - Feb 9/2010) : $750/nt
- 2010 Olympics (Feb 10/2010 - Mar 01/2010): $750/nt
- Paralympics (Mar 01/2010 - Mar 31/2010): $500/nt
Including 1bdrm suite:
- 2010 Olympics (Feb 10/2010 - Mar 01/2010): $1,250/nt
ALL RATES QUOTED IN CDN DOLLARS
25% deposit is required upon confirmation of rental, with
another 25% due in September 2009, and the balance is due
and payable one week prior to stay. Money Order, Western
Union, or Cashiers Check only.
