It comes with one underground parking space and you are steps from the community outdoor heated pool and 20+ person hot tub spa. You are also just right across the street from the IGA Marketplace and the shuttle stop is very close by.
My wife and I are asking $3,500 USD, plus a $1,000 security deposit that will be returned in its entirety after 7 days from your check out (once we get confirmation that the condo did not have any damage).
