$225/night bed and breakfast - sleeps up to four. This private suite is on the garden level of a family home in the Edgemont Village area of North Vancouver. There is a living room, full kitchen facilities, eating area, one large bedroom (with gas fireplace, television with DVD player), and one 3-piece bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, the living room has a double sofa-bed and we also have a child-sized foldaway bed. There is also a peaceful courtyard garden with a seating area. Parking is available directly outside the suite.
This property is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Edgemont Village, with a view of Grouse Mountain. Within two blocks (a three-minute walk) are restaurants, cafes/coffee houses, a day spa, post-office, wine and beer store, pharmacy, grocery stores, bakeries, gift stores, gas station and banks. There are also creek side walking/hiking trails through old growth forest and two community centres (with swimming and weight-room facilities). We are ideally located for anyone attending the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. Within two-blocks of the property are buses to Grouse Mountain, downtown Vancouver, the Seabus terminal and SkyTrain stations. The Cypress Mountain Shuttle Bus picks up from various locations in North Vancouver. Located 20 minutes by bus or car to downtown Vancouver, 15 minutes to Cypress Mountain, 1.5 hours to Whistler, 5 minutes to Grouse Mountain. We are also minutes away from visitor attractions such as Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Stanley Park and Aquarium.
Non-smoking only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Rates:
CDN $225 per night for up to four guests. We provide breakfast provisions such as local bakery bread, home-baked muffins, preserves, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, etc. for an additional charge of $10 per day. Minimum booking is for 4 nights.
A 50% deposit is required and is due within 21 days, from the date of our booking confirmation invoice. Payment is accepted by bank draft or money order for deposits. We also accept cash for the balance of the payment. A damage deposit of 20% will be retained until inspection is complete (payable by cheque on arrival).
Cancellation Policy:
We regret that all deposits are non-refundable.
