I will assume that you've not visited British Columbia before, but believe me as our provincial motto states, it's "The Best Place On Earth"!. At certain times of the year you can be on the beach in the morning and the ski slopes in the afternoon. Where else in the world is that possible? Our home is located in North Vancouver, a city located across the famous Lions Gate Bridge. It's a west coast type community with numerous parks and ocean playgrounds but minutes from Downtown and all Olympic venues, and the Broadcast Centre.
During recent years North Vancouver has also been dubbed "the new Hollywood North", as many movie studios have taken advantage of our gorgeous and pristine natural environment.
15 minutes from the ice skating at Pacific Coliseum, the Broadcast Centre downtown and minutes from all the North Vancouver Olympic Venues at Cypress, Grouse and Seymour Mountains.
Our home is part of a small townhouse enclave of 26 homes called "Salish Estates", near two world class golf courses, and the enchanting seaside area of Deep Cove with its theatre and restaurants.
There are lots of trees and flowers, with a great outdoor patio and BBQ. The house is approximately 15 years old and we've owned it for 14 of those years. It's a two storey, with 4 bedrooms (we've transformed one into an office), 3 bathrooms, living room, family room and a huge, eat-in, kitchen - very modern with lots of decoration. It includes a 2-car garage, and a laundry area with a washer/dryer. We have satellite and cable and there are TVs in the family room and the master bedroom both equipped with a DVD and a Personal Video Recording unit.
The entire house was newly carpeted two years ago and the living room newly furnished last year. The general ambiance is West Coast casual. In our absence, our neighbours will ensure that you're most welcome.
It could very comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. Accommodation includes 1 King Bed, Two Queen Beds. Different configurations can eaily be arranged. Pets welcome.
Absolutely no smoking indoors.
All modern communications including high speed internet connectivity, local Wi-Fi network, and a Wii station are readily available.
RATES:
- $5,000 per week,
- $7,500 for 2 weeks or
- $10,000 for a month

- 50 % Deposit required upon booking (non refundable)
- 50 % Balance due 1 week prior to arrival
- 20% Refundable Damage Deposit due 1 week prior to arrival & will be returned within 48 hours of check-out provided there is no damage or theft
