The Chocolate Lily consists of two convenient self-contained, stylish garden suites, providing a cozy and romantic base for all visitors to Vancouver.
Our architecturally renovated house is situated in Kitsilano Point on a quiet residential street, surrounded by a beautiful, verdant garden within walking distance of the Olympic Village and convenient to other Olympic sites in Vancouver.
The Linden is a spacious one-bedroom suite with a queen-sized bed and a fold-down double sofa bed. It features a gas fireplace, bathtub/shower, TV, DVD player, private telephone line, and free high-speed wireless internet access. It sleeps up to 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a convection/microwave oven, double burner Miele cook-top, coffee-maker, fridge, toaster and kettle.
The Laurel is a cozy studio suite with a queen-sized bed and a fold-down single sofa bed. It features a shower, TV, private telephone line, free high-speed wireless internet access. It sleeps up to 3 people. The fully equipped kitchenette includes microwave, coffee-maker, fridge, and kettle.
The two suites can be combined to provide a large suite to accommodate up to 7 people.
On-site covered parking is available for both suites.
We require a minimum 3 night stay and offer a 10% discount for a stay of more than 1 week and a 15% discount for a stay of more than 2 weeks. Our rates for double occupancy are as follows:
Linden Suite
Feb 1- Feb 10 $285 per night
Feb 11- Mar 1 $425 per night
Mar 3- Mar 10 $295 per night
Mar 11- Mar 21 $335 per night
Mar 23- Mar 31 $285 per night
Laurel Suite
Feb 1- Feb 10 $215 per night
Feb 11- Mar 1 $355 per night
Mar 3- Mar 10 $225 per night
Mar 11- Mar 21 $265 per night
Mar 23- Mar 31 $215 per night
There is an additional charge of 5% for goods and services tax.
25% Deposit required upon final confirmation of booking
50% Required by August 15, 2009
25% Balance due 1 month prior to arrival
20% Refundable Damage Deposit (no less than $1500) required 1 week prior to arrival and will be returned within 1 week after check-out if there is no damage to the property
Rental Agreement Required
All deposits are non-refundable and all rates are in Canadian dollars
