10% cancellation fee by Oct. 1/09.
No smoking, no wild parties.
A refundable security deposit of %20 due 2 weeks prior to arrival and returned prior to checkout if no property damage.
Payments accepted in Certified Bank Draft or money order.
References required.
We will provide references and proof of ownership as requested.
