Comfortable 950 square foot condominium located in Alpine Meadows, 5 min drive north of the main entrance to beautiful Whistler/Blackcomb and the 2010 Olympics. The unit has three floors and sleeps six. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a full bed and a second room with single bunk beds. The main floor has a kitchen, dining area, high-ceiling living room with gas stove and a covered balcony looking out onto giant redwoods. Upstairs is an open loft with a queen-sized bed that sleeps another two. There is full bathroom on the ground floor and a half bath on the main floor. The unit has mostly cedar paneling from floor to ceiling and is elsewhere newly painted. The location is ideal: it is on the Valley Trail that runs along the River of Golden Dreams, and is a short walk to Meadowpark Sports Centre, the bus stop and a nearby general store and restaurant. The unit will come fully furnished, with linens, kitchenware, wireless Internet access and a ski/snowboard locker. No smoking or pets. Not child-proofed. No cable, TV or land-line phone. The town-house complex has a snow-cleared parking lot and space for 2 cars per unit. There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common room. We will rent our unit to a maximum of 6 responsible people. $1500 per night plus security deposit.
