Our 2500 sq. foot home is located in Garibaldi Highlands with walking distance to all local amenities and moments to hiking/biking/nature trails. We are also located within walking distance to the shuttle for the Whistler events. Our home is available between January and March, 2010. Squamish is located 30 minutes from Whistler, 25 to the Nordic Centre and 45 minutes to Vancouver.
OUR UPSTAIRS SLEEPS 6-10 Features include:
- 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 queens, 1 twin, crib if required, double futon bed)
- 2 newly rennovated bathrooms including huge claw-foot tub, heated floors
- Sunroom/play room that has a double fouton and suitable for children
- Child/baby friendly home with use of crib, highchair, baby gate, etc.
- Huge deck with views of local mountains and a BBQ, great backyard with fire pit
- Downstairs office that can be converted into a bedroom
- Laundry facilities and garage for storage
- Large driveway for parking

RATES AND CONDITIONS:
- $400 per night minimum 5 nights
- $3000 damage deposit + 50% of fee due upon booking; 50% fee due 30 days prior to arrival
