Comfortable and charming one bedroom self contained suite in a home, in a quiet residential neighbourhood in North Vancouver. Sleeps 2-3 people. Fully furnished, includes self contained kitchen, dining, livingroom, gas fireplace, laundry facilities, fresh towels and linens daily, cable TV, wireless internet, DVD, stereo. We are located close to shopping, restaurants, transit and a short distance to all Olympic venues. The longest distance is to Whistler at 1.5 hours away. The suite is available for a full 6 weeks, starting Jaunuary 15th to March 1st, with a minimum 2 weeks rental. Smoking permitted on the outside patio, no pets. $2,500 per week.
Rate quoted CDN Dollars. 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of rental. 50% due upon arrival. Payments accepted by bank draft or money order. Damage deposit of 20% will be retained until home inspection is completed.
