10% Refundable Damage Deposit due 1 week prior to arrival & will be returned within 1 week of check-out if there is no damage to the property.
Payments are accepted in Bank Internet Transfer (preferred) or Certified Bank Draft.
Reference required and signed rental agreement. We will provide references & proof of ownership to guests.
