Rates are negotiable during the Paralympics (March 12-21, 2010) and for extended stays.
TERMS
50% due upon reservation
Balance due by October 1, 2009
Refundable and negotiable damage deposit required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled on or before September 01, 2009, 90% of deposit is refundable
If cancelled on or before October 1, 2009, 50% of deposit is refundable
If cancelled after October 1, 2009, amount paid is forfeited.
