Brand New Home situated in an ideal location for the Olympic events.Nestled
in Squamish,BC amongst the amazing BC mountains our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom
home is available for the duration of the XXI Olympic Winter Games during
February 12 - 28, 2010.
The house is a new development located centrally in Squamish with easy access
to transportation,dining,Starbucks,movie theatre,sports complexes.Amazing
views surround the house and the location is very near to Highway 99 which
provides easy access to all venues.
Whistler Nordic centre is an easy 25 minute drive,Whistler Village is a
further 10 minutes north.West Vancouvers Cypress Mountain Events is a 40
minute drive via the newly constructed 4 lane section,and a further 20 minutes
to Vancouver event locations.Squamish is an ideal location which is situated
half way between all the Venues.
The house is a beautiful Whistler style house with peaked roofs,large fir
beams,open floor plan with gorgeous Bamboo floors,Internet access,42 inch
Plasma TV,Gas fireplace,a Concept2 rowing machine and a beautiful kitchen
with french doors onto 1 of the 2 decks.6 people can stay in comfort and
can easilly 
sleep 8 if required,Included is access to the single car garage/drying room-as
well as acess to either 1 or 2 vehicles.A 4 door sedan and/or a 4 wheel
drive crewcab Truck thats sits 6.
Minimum stay is 2 weeks with a $1000 dollar deposit on confirmation of rental.$10000
required by December 12/2009 and remaining full amount of $14000 is due
based on day of occupancy.All money in cash or bank transfer.
$25000 Canadian for the duration of the games for February 10-Frebruary
28 2010.
Vehicle[s]
with insurance can be negotiated prior but it is recommended to have arranged
transportation due to the volume of people seeking accomadation/transportation.
Based on your arrival date you will be picked up and transported to Squamish
for all parties free of charge.
