Close to beach (2 blocks), bus transit, grocery and pharmacy, restaurants, nightclubs, pubs and bars. Quiet and well maintained 18 unit complex, centrally located in the westend residential area of Vancouver. 15 minute walk to Stanley Park and the English Bay Seawall.
Robson Street shopping, Denman, Robson and Davie Street entertainment areas with restaurants, bars, and nighclubs. 2 blocks down the street and you are at the ocean and seawall walkway that leads around Stanley Park past the major beaches that Vancouver has to offer. 20 minute walk to downtown Vancouver, Pacific Centre Mall and the main shopping areas. Also within walking distance are cinemas and live theatres. Walking distance to the small ferry that could take you around the false creek harbour and over to Granville Island Market and shopping. 30 minutes by cab to the airport, close to the new rapid transit system opening in late 2009.

Rental rates are as follows (Canadian Dollars)
- rental of the Complete Condo - $250.00 per day
- rental of the Complete Condo for a two week period - $2800.00
- rental of the Complete Condo for a one month period - $5000.00
- cleaning service can be arranged for once every 2 weeks - $100.00 each time (4 hours)
A 50% deposit (cash, money order, bank draft or certified cheque) will be required at time of booking. Please DO NOT request our Bank Account Information for a money transfer as we will have to assume that this is a Scam and we will not answer. To those that have already responded, we apologise as the longer term rental fell through as they were not able to get a bank draft.
Other rental times for the remainder of 2010 may be available upon request.
