Rates February: $ 500 a night, which is $3500 a week, $7000 for two weeks. For a month, the price is $12,000. One-week minimum stay. - 25% Deposit required upon booking (non refundable) - 50% Required by December 1st, 2009. - 25% Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival - 20% Refundable damage deposit due 2 weeks prior to arrival & will be returned within 48 hours of check-out provided there is no damage.
