The suite has 2 bedroom/2 full bath, in suite laundry, 6x6 storage and bright patio. Fridge, stove,microwave and dishwasher. Could accommodate up to 6 persons, we'll furnish depending on the number of persons.
Rental conditions
Rent is $4000/week minimum 1 week negotiable for longer stay
$1500 refundable damage deposit is required
25% non refundable deposit due upon booking
50% due on December 1st 2009
25% due on arrival
Payments in Canadian dollar, bank draft and money order only
