for rent during the 2010 Olympics and Paralympics

Hello all,

I have a large, 1,600+ square-foot upstairs suite available for rent during the 2010 Olympics and Paralympics. This can be your home away from home, and includes absolutely everything you'll need while enjoying the games, including three fully-furnished bedrooms (each with double or queen-sized beds); one full bathroom plus one ensuite in master bedroom; 32-inch plazma TV with cable-vision (to watch the events you can't physically make it to!); high-speed wireless internet access; good-sized kitchen with dishwasher, KitchenAid fridge, freezer, convection oven; huge back deck and patio, and so much more. You'll also enjoy all those little homey conveniences like included utilities; central heating; dishes, snacks, stereo system, microwave, huge sunken living room, big backyard for the kids - complete with a 16-foot trampoline; xBox 360, Nintendo WII, (both game systems complete with plenty of games), two sturdy metal hockey nets, telephone with unlimited long distance within Canada and U.S. plus 1,000 free overseas minutes to over twenty countries ... Just ask about it and it's probably included.

House is located in a quality, family-oriented neighborhood in the Clearbrook area of West Abbotsford - which is a 60-minute drive to Downtown Vancouver. If you're not renting a car, I will arrange for transportation (at my expense) for you to get to the Mission West Coast Express train station (a twenty minute drive from where I live), from which it's an enjoyable and easy hour ride into Vancouver. Should you need it, I will also have you picked up and dropped off at the airport at no extra charge. While you're here in town, there's a corner store which is a five-minute walk down the street, a kiddie park just behind my place, and I'm just minutes from the highway and all other ammenities.

Asking just $300 per day, for your whole family - which is far less than others are charging, plus I want this to be a relaxing stay for you with no hidden fees or last-minute unpleasant costly surprises. I'm a bachelor who lives and works from home, and for the duration of your stay, I'll be hiding out downstairs in the office, typing away on my PC, answering phone calls, and generally being as quiet as a mouse; you'll bearly know I'm here - unless you need something, that is! :)

Thank you for looking, and please feel free to email me with any questions. I look forward to personally welcoming you to beautiful B.C.! - Craig.
