This home is on a pleasant tree lined street in a residential area, and is very near to public transportation routes.
Quiet, fully furnished 2 bedroom, two level townhouse with 930 square feet plus large, fenced back yard.
One king sized and one double bed. Home sleeps 4 comfortably. In suite laundry, dishwasher, fridge, stove, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, 40" LCD TV with cable, high speed internet, and utilities are included.

This home is centrally located to most venues. The home is also very near bus routes and Skytrain. Depending on the situation, you may also have the option to rent our vehicle during your stay. By vehicle, this home is well located to access the North Shore via the Second Narrows Bridge, thereby avoiding the congestion of traveling through Downtown to get to the Lions Gate Bridge.
This home is also a 15 minute walk to Main Street and a 15 minute walk to Commercial Drive, both vibrant streets with restaurants and shops. Downtown Vancouver including the lovely Stanley Park, Yaletown and Robson Streets is a 15 minute car ride or 15 minute walk to Skytrain to be there in minutes.
It is also a 15 minute drive to Granville Island, one of Vancouver's most enjoyable features.
Terms:
- $450 per night (minimum 10 nights) in Canadian Funds. This is a private home so there are no taxes.
- This is a licensed accommodation / legal under city by-laws.
- Require 1/2 of rent for damage deposit. This amount will be fully refunded within 48 hours if nothing is damaged or missing in the house.
- Required to sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement and Walk-Through Inspection form.
- No-smoking inside the home
Payment:
- Accept Bank Draft, Certified Cheque, Wire Transfer, Money Order, Traveler's Cheque.
- 50% non-refundable down payment on booking.
- Balance and1/2 of rent damage deposit due upon check-in.
- No refund for early check out.
