Approximately 400 sq ft of space including queen size bed, sofa, tv, internet
connection, private bathroom with shower, laundry access etc.
We are offering bed & breakfast style accomodation. The room is certainly
big enough for a couple or small family. We have a little boy so morning
playmates are more than welcome! Also if Mom & Dad want to take off
for a night or two on their own - you will enjoy the benefits of some free
babysitting!
We are located about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver in a VERY quiet
neighbourhood on Burnaby Mountain where there are no city sounds, sirens,
etc - only green space (hopefully covered with snow) to enjoy! If you do
have children there are two playgrounds and an indoor pool and a sauna in
our immediate vicinity.
Preference would go to a small family looking to stay for at least 12 days,
but we are flexible! We will arrange for airport pick-up if you require
it.
Rates would be as follows:
Single - $185/night
Couple - $225/night
Family of three/four - $275/$300 per night.
We may also be able to offer a car for your use for an additional fee, this
can be discussed later.
Paypal account available. 25% Non-Refundable Deposit would be required at
time of booking. We are currently renovating but photos will be available
upon request.
