I have 2 bedrooms, one very large with double bed and private bath, one with double bed and shared bath. Breakfast is included in the price. Guests may use the kitchen for food preparation and the living room for watching TV.
From my home it is a 5 min bus ride to Pacific Coliseum, a 10 min bus ride to downtown and Canada Hockey Place, a 50 min bus ride to the Richmond Oval and a 10 min drive to the bridge leading to Cypress Mountain and Whistler.
My home is modern, clean, comfortable and smoke free but we do have a dog and a cat, both old and well behaved.
My rates are $125 per night for the room with private bath and $100 per night for the room with shared bath.
