RATE:
US$3,000 week (minimum stay: two weeks)
Additional nights are $400
Take the whole month of Feb for $10,000
We are only renting to ONE (1) party regardless of dates or
length of stay.
Rate includes use of vehicle - rumours are that only local vehicles
will be permitted to drive HWY 99.
single-level house in quiet neighbourhood half way between Vancouver
and Whistler comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 3 kids/teens. Gourmet
kitchen stocked with "starter groceries" (ie eggs,
milk, bread, etc.), washer/dryer, gas bbq on heated covered
patio, gas fireplace, central heating, TV/DVD, stereo speakers
in 3 rooms indoors and also on patio. Home to 2 cats (who will
not be there at the time.) Weekly maid service availble at a
cost. Use of vehicle.
As this is a private family home, a damage deposit of $1000
cash will be collected 45 days prior to arrival. The deposit
will be refunded WITH INTEREST (PRIME + 1.5% p.a.) on April
1, 2010.
