Our newly built luxury home in Squamish, B.C. featuring a large exposed beam entrance is available for rent by the week or for the month of February during the 2010 Olympic Games. Amenities include 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8-10 comfortably; linens provided), 3 bathrooms (towels provided), equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, games room with pool/snooker table and fireplace, living room with large screen TV/DVD and fireplace, wireless internet, laundry, ample parking, and a large deck including an 8 person hot tub and natural gas BBQ. Our home is located within walking distance to the Whistler bus route as well as a 2-3 minute drive to shopping and restaurants.
Rental fees are in Canadian funds as follows:
1 Week - $5 000.00
2 Weeks - $10 000.00
Month of February - $15 000.00
Refundable* damage deposit - $2 500.00
A non-refundable deposit of 50% (in the form of a certified cheque or PayPal) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The non-refundable balance remaining, including the refundable* damage deposit is due December 15th, 2009. The full amount of the damage deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days of departure following a satisfactory inspection of the premises.
