Basic rate for 6 rooms $1,200 / day; $8,400 / week; discounts offered
Discount for group rental (whole house) for entire month of February; minimum one or two week stays preferred, shorter stays considered at $150-250 per night. Payment by PayPal, cash, cheque, or wire transfer.

Built in 1904, the Patterson House remains an excellent example of an Edwardian house with a combination of Craftsman and Classical Revival details.
