HOUSE DETAILS:
4,200 sq.ft. four bedroom, 2 level, furnished house. Very private location, two parking spots in garage, heated driveway.
Luxuriously finished 20 ft high entrance, maple cabinets, hardwood floors, radiant heat, 2 kitchens, granite countertops, 3 gas fireplaces. Large deck and yard, often visited by deer.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Master Bedroom King size bed and ensuite bathroom with fireplace.
- 2nd bedroom with ensuite, 1 Queen bed
- 3rd and fourth bedroom, queen size beds and shared ensuite
- fifth room, hideabed in open area, wash room close by
RATES are based on 8 people, $25 extra per person per night up to 10 people. The rate includes cleaning fee upon check out (6 hours), if extra cleaning is required, rate of $30/hour will apply.
$14000 is required for up to a three week period between February 1st to March 1st
PROXIMITY LOCATION:
- Vancouver International Airport is about 45 minutes drive or 1hour by transit
- Bus Transit: can be reached by walking for 7 minutes: Public transit direct to downtown is available either by bus or bus and sea bus.
- Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minutes. There are more than 10 golf courses nearby.
- Ski lifts or Runs: can be reached by driving for 15 minutes. Grouse mountain, Mount Seymour and Cypress mountains are all within a 15 - 30 minute drive.
- Shopping and Dining: All shops including library, hospital and municipal offices are within a 15-20 minute walk. Lonsdale Quay offers some great dining overlooking downtown Vancouver and also is a transit hub for buses and the sea bus to Vancouver
- The Ocean is located a few minutes drive away.
- Nearby Attractions: The location is so convenient that any major attraction or sights that Vancouver has to offer are close at hand. Nature trails are at the back door minutes away and shops are a little further. In North Vancouver, most attractions are nature related but there is also a fine selection of inexpensive ethnic restaurants in North Vancouver

- 25 min from Canada Hockey Place, BC Place, Olympic Village – 2010 Hockey, Olympic Opening and Closing ceremonies

Car rentals, flights, and pick up at the airport can also be arranged.
RENTAL DETAILS
- A damage deposit of $500 due and $7000 of the rental is payable in advance to secure booking. The balance is due one week in advance of rental. Damage deposit is refundable on last day of rental, if no damage is done.
