Cozy Vancouver home. - 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on top two floors (1500 square feet) of a lovely home, in a very friendly neighborhood, available for two weeks during the Olympics. Two queen beds and one single bed with room for a cot. Dates are flexible.
Features; Dishwasher, wireless Internet, cable TV, Home security system. DVD player, landline telephone, washer/dryer, towels, iron and ironing board. Deep two-person tub with heated bathroom floors. Two decks and lots of street parking.
Two blocks from buses, grocery store, coffee shop and sports pub. 10 minute bus ride to Canada line, 15 minute bus ride to downtown, 10 minute walk to sky train station.
PROXIMITY TO OLYMPIC VENUES:
- Less than 10 minutes ride on Sky Train to Canada Hockey Place, BC Place, Olympic Village – hockey, Opening and Closing ceremonies
- Direct Bus to UBC (~40 minutes) - UBC Thunderbird Arena - Hockey
- 30 min from Richmond - speed skating
- 50 min from Cypress Mountain – freestyle and snow boarding
- 2hr from Whistler/Blackcomb - alpine skiing, biathlon, cross country, ski jumping, bobsleigh, luge, skeleton
Rate:
- $900/night two weeks preferred ($11,000), one week minimum
Payment:
- 50% deposit required upon final booking payable wire transfer, bank draft or money order.
- Remaining 50% due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Damage deposit: $2500 - will be refunded within 14 days
- No smoking or parties
- Rental agreement reqiured.
