RATES:
- 1 Bedroom (2 adults) $195 per night
- 2 Bedrooms (4 adults) $300 per night
- Pricing is negotiable for longer-term stay.
- 3 day minimum stay
- No smoking / No pets
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 30% deposit required upon booking
- 30% deposit by December 31st
- 40% balance by January 15th
- Payable via Wire Transfer, Bank Draft or Money Order
- $300 per room refundable damage deposit due 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be returned upon check-out if no damage to the property
