Two bedroom fully furnished apartment located in lower lonsdale,
North Vancouver. 12 Minute seabus ride to Downtown Vancouver,
minutes from Cypress Bowl and 1 hour from Whistler.
Fully Furnished, including 46' LCD Sony TV, Desktop Computer
with Internet Acess, Wireless Connection, full stock of linens,
dishes, condiments. Excellent location, close to transit, shopping,
stores. Pictures are available to SERIOUS inquires only.
This is a private home, No taxes/GST or Hotel Tax (Combined
17% Savings)
50% deposit will be needed to secure reservation. Payment can
be made via Money Order, Paypal, or Western Union.
Damage deposit of $1000 cash will be collected 45 days prior
to arrival. The deposit will be refunded WITH INTEREST (PRIME
+ 1.5% p.a.) on departure date once home and condition is checked.
Rate is for 4 people, $ 100.00 additional per night/per person
up to a maximum of 6. |
