Eden Hall, a magnificent Tuscan style luxury home in Squamish (Garibaldi Highlands) is offering individual bedrooms or full suite rental accommodation during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
Rental dates from February 1st to April 5th, 2010.
Rental accommodation 3 nights minimum. Same rate for either single or double occupancy.
Eden 1: $225 per night – Twin Bed
Eden 2: $325 per night – Queen Bed
Eden 3: $450 per night – King Bed, w/ensuite bathroom and fireplace
Eden Suite: $900 per night (total occupancy 6 people).
* Private 3rd floor suite (approx. 2,700+ sq. ft.) plus a 4th floor roof top view deck with scenic mountain and valley views. Private entrance.
* 3 spacious bedrooms with views. Largest bedroom has a gas fireplace and private 2 piece bathroom.
* Bathroom with 4 pieces: Sink, toilette, shower, and Jacuzzi tube.
* Full kitchen and dining area w/fridge, stove, microwave.
* Wireless internet, TV, CD, VCR.
* Parking for guests and ample storage.
* Easy access to public transportation, restaurants, theatres, grocery stores, gas stations, recreation centre, and many other amenities.
Payment by: Cash, Traveller’s Cheque, Certified Cheque, Bank Transfer.
1. Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% is due when the booking is made.
2. Balance of Payment: Paid in full upon arrival.
3. Damage Deposit: 10% of total rental charge is due upon arrival. The damage deposit is refunded if there is no damage.
