We like to welcome you to stay in our newly-renovated home located conveniently in central Vancouver.

- 3 minute walking distance away from bus stops with rougly 5 different bus routes
- roughly 20 minutes bus ride (bus transfer not required) to downtown, 35 minutes bus ride to other venues.
- 5 minute walking distance from major commercial areas which includes shopping centers, supermarket, restaurants, bar, and banks.
- has HD TV, Wireless Internet, laundry access, utility, etc
- all suits have their own kitchen, washroom and Separate entrances.
We will provide any assistance you may require during your stay, and we strive to ensure that your time here with us is one of your most pleasant and satisfied experiences.
We are planning to rent out our newly-renovated suit on the main floor (sleeps 2-3 comfortably) during Feb 19th to Mar 1st, and basement suit (sleeps 1-2 comfortably) during Feb 1 to Mar 1.
Our main suit is available for:
(4 nights minimum package)
$250/night for the first 4 nights, then $130 for every additional night
Our basement is available for:
(5 nights minimum package)
$150/night for the first 5 nights, then $75 for every additional night
* Tenants with rental period GREATER THAN one week gets one night Free.
Damage deposit required.
