With 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom with shower and 1 Large Entertainment Room, this space is ideal for a large group or family and can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Our home is positioned within easy walking distance to transit stops, shopping, beaches and parks, and is close to downtown Vancouver and points of departure for Cypress and Grouse Mountain, and Whistler!

- 15 minutes to Cypress Mountain (Olympic Freestyle Ski and Snowboard)
- 15 minutes to downtown Vancouver (Stanley Park, Vancouver Art Gallery, Olympic Boulevard, etc.)
- 20 minutes to Vancouver Center (main Olympic stadiums - BC Place & GM Place) (Opening/Closing Ceremonies and Olympic Hockey)
- 45min-1hr to Richmond Oval (Olympic Speed Skating) and Vancouver International Airport (YVR)

Group Rates (Up to 6 per group)(in CAD$):
- Olympics (Feb 01/ - Mar 01/): $300/night ($2,100 per week)
- Paralympics (Mar 01/ - Mar 31/): $200/night ($1,400 per week)
- **NOTE: 10% discount offered on each week you book after your first week of stay (e.g. Book one week and receive 10% off your 2nd week)
**NOTE: A group flat-rate of $6,500 is available for the entire length of available dates (Feb. 1st – March 31st)
(Less than $30 per person per night!!)
Rental Terms:
- 50% deposit required at time of booking
- Full payment due two weeks prior to arrival
- $1500 refundable damage deposit required two weeks prior to arrival
- No smoking and no pets please
