2 bedroom main floor of a townhouse (private apartment - sleeps five) available for the Olympics in Brackendale, just north of Squamish, which is conveniently located 35 minutes from Whistler and less than one hour from Vancouver (buses to Whistler leave every 20 minutes). If you like to be removed from the busyness of Vancouver and Whistler come to quiet Brackendale. Situated in the Coast mountains, this beautiful village has plenty of nice parks, restaurants and trails. My home is a three minute walk from a beach on the Squamish river floodplain, a great place to hike, watch birds and relax.
This 1200 sq. ft. home is nice and spacious and can comfortably sleep five. It has fairly new hardwood floors and appliances. There are two double futons. The bathroom is a good size with a bathtub/shower. I've laid the place out Japanese style (low to the ground-- tables and couch) but I can get standard furniture if that doesn't work for you. The main room has lots of space to move. If you do yoga, gymnastics, dance or other sports you'll appreciate the openness of the layout. This price is all-inclusive: use of computer, high-speed internet, laundry, appliances, etc.
