Our fully furnished 5 bedroom 1800 square foot Central Vancouver home is located in the heart of Vancouver (Close to Knight & 41st) in a quiet residential neighborhood. Upper level has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite including Jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall. The main floor has living room with gas fireplace, dining room with piano, family room equipped with Entertainment system DVD/PVR - large screen LCD TV and gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop, one bedroom and full bathroom. Basement has laundry facilities. Can comfortably accommodate 10 people. Perfect for large family with children or large groups. Non-Smokers and no pets please.

It is only a 3 minute walk to public transportation to take you to all venues. We also have a 2 car enclosed garage and street parking available.

25% deposit required upon confirmation of rental. 50% required by September 1, 2009. 25% balance due 1 week prior to stay. 10% refundable damage deposit required. All rates quoted in CDN dollars. Certified bank draft, certified cheque or money order accepted. You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
