I am offering my lovely Burnaby condo for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics and Paralympic games. There are 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom, and 6 people can be accommodated comfortably (in beds, and cots). Closets and storage space will be cleared for your use.
This is a beautiful 940 sq ft. condo with breath-taking views from floor-to-ceiling windows. Since the master bedroom is on the corner of the building, the bedroom has spectacular windows.
There is an in-suite washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher. There are an exercise facility, tennis court, and a hot tub in the complex.
This building is less than a 5 minute walk from the Lougheed skytrain station. This means that it is convenient with regard to access to skytrain and shopping at Lougheed mall, restaurants, pubs, etc; but has excellent privacy, views, and park-like setting.
It is 30 minutes by skytrain to downtown Vancouver, and Olympic venues. Skytrain information Skytrain Information Site.
The rent includes cable, wireless internet, heat, hot water, electricity, 2 secure underground parking stalls, and access to the recreation facilities. Additionally, I will supply towels, linen, and cooking and eating utensils. The home is tastefully furnished, with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. 50% non-refundable deposit required upon confirmation of reservation. Balance due 90 days before arrival. Payment can be made by Western Union, Paypal, or FedEx of a money order. References required.
One pet only permitted with refundable security deposit. No smoking please.
I prefer to rent for the full 2 months of February and March, but am open to offers including daily, weekly, one or both months.
