Across from the front of the house is a lovely open meadow. The area is very quiet yet it’s a quick short walk to shopping and recreation center with swimming pool and gym.
Langley house is 45 mins. To downtown (depending on traffic). Skytrain in 25 mins. down the highway if you want to leave car behind. 40 minutes from Richmond (skating oval venue), and within 2 hours of the heart of Whistler.

This is our own home and references will definitely be required.
30% deposit required upon confirmation of rental. 50% required by September 1, 2009. Balance due 90 days prior to stay. 10% refundable damage deposit required. All rates quoted in CDN dollars. Certified bank draft, certified cheque or money order accepted. You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
