My one bedroom Apt located in the beuitiful woodcroft buildings beside the Capilano river and is available for rent for the entire 90 days (January through March 2010)!Just mins from Grouse and CypressMountains. 10mins from downtown Vancouver and 1.5 hours away from Whistler. Rent all or some of the period.
The Apt can have three people , is fully furnished and has a king bed in one room and in the living room a sofa bed.The sundeck has been enclosed with glass and on one side a desk with a computer and printer/scanner and has 24 hr security guards.
This luxurious,spacious east facing Apt has views of the private gardens, local mountains.This 19th floor unit has swimming pool,sauna,hot tub and fitness room ,but laundry is on the same floor as the pool. Also included is cable,internet,parking for one car, bike storage and loca phone and also the kitchen is fully eqpt if you rather do your own cooking.
Enjoy an nice walk or ride a mountain bike down the trail beside the beutiful Capilano River ,it leads to the Amblside beach,sea wall and shops in WestVan.Drive to Vancouver or take the bus to the city and save on 2010 parking nightmares(only one block away).There are many wonderful outdoor amenities that awaite you.No Pets.
