We are interested in renting to one party for the full 2010 duration and would rent to the same party on either side of the games for a very much reduced daily rate. This is a private rental --no taxes but refundable damage deposit is required.
50% deposit + damage depoist required upon confirmation of rental. Balance due two month prior to stay. 35% refundable damage deposit required. All rates quoted in CDN dollars. Certified bank draft, certified cheque or money order accepted. Rental agreement is required to signed and only damage depoist is refundable if rental agreement is cancelled.
