Available February 20/2010 to February 22/2010 (nights of the 20th and 21st). Nicely furnished basement suite. Three minute walk to the 41 + Cambie Canada Line station, 10 minute walk to the Curling venue, 8 minute Canada Line ride to GM Place/Downtown or about the same time to Richmond for the Speed Skating Oval and the Airport from the 41st station. Although it is a 2 br basement suite we are only interested in renting the larger bedroom. It includes full cable TV, newer furnishings, futon couch, newer appliances, high speed wireless internet, laundry and shower only.
The bedroom is quite large with a really nice queen bedroom suite. Suite is approximately 800 square feet, high ceilings, bright, and includes a new bathroom. Landlord lives upstairs.
No smoking. House is on a nice, quiet, upscale street three minutes walk to 41st or Oakridge Mall. Rent includes a cleaning service once every five days and we will greet you on arrival.
